“The love of a family is life’s greatest blessing”. This is especially true for Amanda. She has always maintained a warm and intimate relationship with her family, and it was on this important day that she felt the most love and support from them. You can feel the warm, loving atmosphere when you see the families of the bride and the groom share their joyful laughter and tears of happiness while celebrating the most memorable day of their loved ones.  It is these heartfelt emotions that wedding photos are meant to capture, and this has always been my motto.

When it comes to photography, the most important thing is not about earning money. It is about your passion to help people turn their happiest moments into works of art that will last forever. Amanda was originally referred to another photographer who charged a lot, yet upon meeting him, she realized he had neither the enthusiasm nor passion in the job. This is why she hired me as her wedding photographer in the end, as she could feel the happiness of the moment just by looking at my work. What an honour it is to have people appreciate my work! This feeling is much more rewarding than cold hard cash!

The wedding reception was held at Island Shangri-La, which is a popular venue for taking wedding photos because of its beautiful interior design. I have always suggested my clients to have their wedding portraits taken inside the hotel instead of outside, as there is just something special about hotel lighting that creates such a romantic atmosphere that accentuates the beautiful wedding gown. It also saves the couple the time and energy from going around finding a nice spot outside! More importantly, as the wedding is held inside the hotel, isn’t it more meaningful to have your portrait taken in the wonderful place where all the magic happens?
