Yesterday, I photographed Jennie and Cyrus’s engagement session. I seldom post the job photo so quick. Since their wedding is coming next month, so I post some for their review. Don’t expect I can always do this. Haha! For their session, we have an increditable good weather & temperature. However, we caught the amazing sunset just in time! It’s pity that I’ve already have booking on their wedding day. Anyway, wish you have a wonderful wedding.

So lucky that the weather was unexpectedly good after the “super typhoon” gone! Gigi & Willis’s wedding was held on our familiar “old place”, Cotton Tree Drive Marriage Registry. I didn’t been there for a long time since many couples choose to use the civil celebrants of marriage services. Here are some of my favorite images.

The blurred effect on the edge didn’t by Photoshop. Can you guess?

A nice wedding reception.

I’m believe 10 Oct 2010 are the busy day of many wedding photographers.  For me, I have a wonderful day with Joey & Jeremy. The ceremony was held at St’ Teresa Church which is my favorite church. Where with very vintage architecture. However, we got a pretty & lovely bride. Here are some of my favorite photos to share.

Black suite groom.

Before going to church, we have a few shots at their new home.

The pretty bride!

Getting ready?

Wow! They are so sensitive to the camera!

Love the side window light.

This is the 2nd time to have engagement photo with Lucosa & Ken. They are such a cute couple that are totally in love. They both looked fantastic! Simplicity is always my photography philosophy. Sometimes, the quality of photo shouldn’t count on how many equipment you have. This time, I only bring some simple equipment. (1 camera with 2 fixed focus lens, even no off-camera flash for night shots, only got a small handy light 手電筒)

I love the black & white series!

Instead of flash lighting, my handy light also creates moody lighting indeed.

    simonthephoto - interesting photo session

I also want to bring less equipments out, but I don’t have that confidence.

Patrick - it was a relaxing photo session. less equipment, unexpected result

It was an interesting mixture of Chinese & Western wedding. We have a traditional Chinese wedding in the morning at Yuen Long country side village & 祠堂.  Then, we went to Bethanie Chapel to have the ceremony in the afternoon. Yan & Ming employed 2 video crews on that day. Happy to work with Micheal from Givefunla again & Chris But. However, thanks to you guys for a funny day, as well as the fantastic wedding party, who were so much fun.

A few shoots at Ming’s home, 祠堂

Father & daughter, love this moment!

A nice wedding party at IFC.

Everyone enjoys the proposal video.
